David Sebastiao is a video editor and graphic designer based in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore, receiving both a BA in Government and Public Policy in 2016, and an MA in Integrated Design in 2021. He currently works for the Social Security Administration as a Studio Technician.
David is also an independent filmmaker, having released his debut short documentary, "Welcome to Mullens, West Virginia" in 2019.
